A fresh and fruity, pale rosé with notes of grapefruit, mix berries and some baking spices. Medium body with fresh acidity and a supple texture. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
Origin: Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, Provence, France
Harvest: Manual (50%) and mechanical (50%) harvesting.
Colour: Pale, salmon
Aroma: citrus fruits (grapefruit) with red fruits (strawberry and cherry).
Flavour: Full of roundness, pleasantly fruity and greedy.
Pair with: Octopus carpaccio with olive oil, lime. Pissaladière with anchovies and sardines. Royal sea bream ceviche with pomegranate. Mediterranean prawns in tempura, lemongrass sauce. Provencal ratatouille
