Description
Pisco Sour 797092
“The Capel Sour is a premixed version (without egg white, which is fine) and is ready to serve over ice straight from the fridge. It has a lime and floral character and is tangy and quaffable; this ‘light’ version is not too sweet and only 12% alc, which is great”
Origin: Elqui Valley
Process: Double distilled and three times filtered grapes.
Colour: Green
Aroma: Citrus character of real lemon juice with hints of lime
Flavour: Perfect balance between citric zest and sweetness
Pair with: Prosecco, appetizers
