Intense fruit and savoury notes combining black currant, liqueur cherry, mixed berries and red plum with vanilla, dried fig, paprika, leather, game and orange zest with chalky mineral notes on the finish. Pair with grilled dry aged striploin with lobster mushrooms or mixed vegetable stew.
