- Origin: vineyards located at 1,700 mts above sea level in the Valley of Cafayate, Salta.
- Harvest: First week of March, in cases of 20 kg.
- Colour: Intense ruby red with violet and black notes on the outline
- Aroma: Fruit driven wine shows raspberry and plum with notes of rose petal and white pepper
- Flavour: Extremely soft and smooth tannins for Tannat lead the fruit to a soft and velvety finish
- Pair with: Beef, sausages, roasted lamb, duck and assorted aged cheeses.
