Aroma: Lifted exotic nose of violets and cinnamon with a light twist of leather and a twist of brett and balsamic.
Flavour: The attack is intense with powdery tannins absorbing peppery black fruits and ripe strawberries. Reaching for Brunello in an enjoyable way.
Pair With: Bistecca alla Fiorentina sounds perfect.
