- Harvest: Harvest by hand in three stages (early February, mid-February, and early March).
- Colour: yellow with greenish hues, of good shine and lively
- Aroma: Fresh and fruity character, intense and typical, with interesting floral notes
- Flavour: good structure, balanced, and very good acidity
- Pair with: Sushi, seafood, spicy food, Asian & Indian cuisine.
