- Origin: Finca Dona Ofelia. Low vine of 30 years.
- Harvest: Manual; handpicked grapes clusters.
- Colour: Deep and intense berries and cherries
- Aroma: Dark berries with a subtle chocolate note. Oak adds elegant and soft vanilla.
- Flavour: Attractive fleshy character with cedar and fine spices. Concentrated, balanced tannins, and great persistence
- Maturation: French oak barrels for 6 months, then bottles for three months.
