“This delicious wine is woodsy and dark in nature, smoldering up with nuances of raspberry, autumnal spice and underbrush. This is texturally deep and velvety with a pretty acid-driven lift, as ripe red and black berries wash across the palate, complemented by sweet spices. It leaves a saturation of floral-tinged fruits and hints of cinnamon to linger while finishing long yet fresh. It’s a fine and beautifully balanced Ripasso. Drinking window: 2022-2027”

Colour: Deep ruby red.
Aroma: Intense and vibrant with fine tannins, floral, fruity, spices aromas such as black pepper and cinnamon, licorice, vanilla and tobacco.
Flavour: Full-body and pleasantly harmonious in the mouth. Long finish.
Pair with: Excellent with roasts, stews or braised meats. It goes well with Asian cuisine and umami experiences. Also, delicious alone by the glass or with aged cheeses.
