“On the palate; Red & black fruit with spices, round tannins, long and intense finish. Dark and deep red color, with an aroma of dried herbs, mixed red berry fruit, cassis, pastry crust, plum.”
Aroma: Intense spicy, herbal, smoky and black fruit notes that find a nice balance.
Flavour: lush texture and concentration with ripe blueberry, prune, pastry crust, dark chocolate, Christmas cake and espresso with intense graphite minerality.
Colour: deep ruby red
Pair with: grilled rib-eye with red wine demi-glace or braised lamb shanks.
