“Beautiful light pink wine with copper reflections. It has medium acidity with very well defined fruit expression”
- Origin: vineyards located at 1,700 mts above sea level in the Valley of Cafayate, Salta.
- Harvest: The grapes come from our Finca Río Seco and were harvested during the first week of March for Malbec and the third week for Cabernet Franc.
- Colour: Light pink wine with copper reflections
- Aroma: Medium aromatic intensity and a loose and very defined fruit expression. Aromas of strawberries, blackberries, and cherries stand out, with fresh notes of white pepper and slightfloral touches reminiscent of violets
- Flavour: On the palate, it is very agile, with a fruity and balanced expression. A round, pungentrosé with citric acidity, medium volume, and a fresh finish
- Pair with: Aromatic Cheeses, roast vegetables, fish
